Fantastic Mortgage Broker

My experience is reflective of Tembo Mortgages only. My experience with Tembo Savings has been terrible, but will not form part of this review which will only focus on the mortgage part which I consider separate. I'm a first-time buyer. My mortgage broker, Matthew Thomas was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He was able to pivot the application process to tailor my exact needs and we were able to smoothly navigate any challenges that appeared along the way. My case manager, Elly Bradshaw, was professional, responsive, and kept me in the loop the entire time. The whole process was very quick and seamless. I'm seriously considering coming back to Tembo Mortgages again for any future re-mortgage. Reviewed on: 29th March 2026
