Excellent company and brilliant customer service

I applied for a loan which I received, have kept up with payments and due to that I was offered another loan which I could have done with at the time so accepted. Came into difficulty one month and asked to pay late which they accepted as a one off and were extremely helpful and understanding. Best company I have got a loan with and if needed in the future I will apply with 118 118 money again. Reviewed on: 30th March 2026
