Customer of Revolut since 2017

I've been a customer of Revolut since 2017 and can honestly say their services have been excellent throughout. The app is well-developed and is consistently improved and updated with sound UX at its heart. When I have had a query it has been addressed quickly and without fuss, where I can't say I have had the same from a long established 'high street' Bank. Other positives are there other complimentary services and points which provides a nice treat every now and then! I'm really pleased they are now well established as a Bank in all aspects and look forward to many more years of banking with and on them! Reviewed on: 30th March 2026
