Do NOT USE monzo do not keep your money safe

You do not keep money safe! Had fraudulent activity for the 2nd time this time amounting to a couple of hundred and Monzo decided to not give my money back telling me that is was me who made the transaction where they were done 4 hours away from where I live and online after i told them my card was lost/stolen,they did nothing sent me the same scripted lines and then because i complained and went to my local station (who are actually taking the fraud seriously) they decided to close close my account. Theu froze my card telling me my DD would still come out... they didn't and I occurred charges again same scripted message that was said when I tried to contact them.They do not care about the customers as long as they are making money.....
