Awful Fraud team and not very helpful.

Awful Fraud team and not very helpful. Don't bank with them, when you have a serious issue they won't help you. A transaction was blocked and I was contacted by the bank, I then passed all my security checks and they still blocked my card. They refused to give me access to funds even after confirming over the phone that they knew who I was. Think I was being dealt with by a Finn Tierf. Reviewed on: 31st March 2026
