No limit increased in years

No response only chat with stupid bot in app, it’s been year and a half since I got their card but my credit limit is still £250 while I’ve £2300 with Zable and £2000 with Aqua and £1600 with JaJa, stupid company. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

Although I had a bad credit score and history they still offered me a card with £1600 limit and balance transfer offer which I desperately needed because on another card my interest was so high. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

Static credit limit for 12 months

It’s been over a year since I’ve been awarded a credit card but they didn’t increased my credit limit, I can’t get in touch for that they say you can’t ask for it. We’ll let you if you deserve an increase. Reviewed on: 31st March 2026
