High fees, slow customer support...

High fees, slow customer support, and pitiful selection of available investments are just the tip of the iceberg for this overhyped stocks & shares ISA experience. There doesn't seem to be anyone on their support team to help wth questions that aren't answered in their FAQs, and their range of 20 US stocks hasn't changed expanded since they started offering them in 2022/23, which makes them seem pointless?
