Mettle, great product and customer service!

I've been using Mettle since 2022 and can't fault them, on the very few occasions I've needed to speak to customer service, they've dealt with my queries/issues immediately, always in a professional but friendly manner. The inclusion of the FreeAgent accounting software is another bonus which helps my business run smoothly, hopefully i won't jinx myself but I've never had any reason to fault the level of service provided by Mettle.
