Crap customer care- lack of autism care in banking!

I was following up on a referral from my brother for £20.00 and went through the process, but was bombarded with lots of emails about the likeness test. I did all of this then the system told me a pack of lies. I got frustrated and closed my account. I am autistic and it’s not geared up for disabled people. I have a blazing row with them via live chat, where they pass you down the bus till the get you very cross and then tell you try again, however after going through there patronising behaviour and intimidation I have asked for compensation. As an autistic person I was getting very angry and upset and told them I wanted to leave. I gave my email address several times, there is no provision for disabled people.
