Amazing from start to finish!

Amazing from start to finish! Incredible customer service from the mortgage broker, Beth. She was always on hand to help and respond. Extremely knowledgeable and on-the-ball when the rates were about to rise, able to email and call late to promptly respond and secure the best rates. Super friendly and helpful, I can’t rate her high enough!! On top of this Tembo offering this service for free for saving with them and the offer to increase savings by an extra 1%, it’s a no brainer for mortgages. I will be recommending this to all of my friends & family. I am looking forward to continuing to get help from Tembo about surveys, conveyances/solicitors, etc. And when they reach out towards the end of my fixed term to revisit best rates.
