Overall experience

Being in debt can be embarrassing and difficult to talk about, even with close family. Signing up with StepChange has eased a lot of the stress and I am safe in the knowledge that I am doing something about the predicament I found myself in. A comfort to know that someone knowledgeable and experienced is only a phone call away. I have a debt free target date to aim for and glad I signed up. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026
