Great card. Average customer service

Great introductory cash back rate with no exceptions and can be used in the UK and overseas. Everyday rewards are an additional bonus and no fees for using overseas all add up to the ideal card. However customer service is well meaning but not very efficient in terms of opening hours, ease of getting in touch with the person you need and their ability to get back to you.
