I find PayPal is always clear and concise is anything I have dealt with. Payment in or out. I would always give PayPal 10 out of 10. Secure and safe to use. I feel better than my bank to get me a refund with less fuss. Safer in our world of SCAMS. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
