Review of the The Co-operative Bank, Current Account:

good customer service, monthly fee rather high

I'm happy with the current account from the Co-op, however the monthly fee is quite high and I never get to use the various "benefits" I'm paying for. Customer service is consistently good however, which is why I stick with the Co-op. I had previously banked with HSBC whose customer service was atrocious, so would never go back to them.
