Paypal offers no purchase protection

When i had an issue with my purchase which was faulty paypal were no help to me whatsoever. The company I purchased from deliberately broke the law and delayed sending returns labels so i could not provide evidence of the return by paypals deadline. All this was very obvious to see but paypal just closed the case in their favour and I lost my money. I will not ever use paypal again. You get proper protection using a credit card issued by yoi r bank. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

A flexible way to pay.

Paypal offer flexible ways to pay, several of them are interest free allowing you to budget for larger purchases. On the rare occasions I have had issues with my purchases, paypal resolution service has been straight forward and easy to use. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
