I reached out to PayPal over the Easter weekend as a direct debit I thought was set up actually wasn't causing a late payment. PayPal responded straight away and wavered the late fee charge as a good will gesture . Which is great for me . Other fantastic services include the pay in three option which helps me budget and they have great input if you buy something and something goes wrong with the seller and each time it has been resolved by PayPal which is a great backup service.
