Missed payment ,really ?

Used PayPal for years no probs ,never missed a payment then one oversight by a debit not being paid when there was ample money in their account and they failed to use common sense and take the monthly payment from the available cash which they held ,but no they simply destroyed my excellent credit score ,so really not a fan now .....
