Intuitive app and great customer service

Moneybox app is really simple and easy to use - using this app has helped me learn a lot about how to use financial products and save for the future, about how savings and investments products work, and about the economy more generally. They also have genuinely the best customer service I have ever encountered; they're incredibly responsive even out of business hours and helped me keep pushing forward when other partners in a pension savings transfer were taking a long time. They check in pro-actively and are always helpful and kind. The interest rates on the savings accounts are also very good. I have repeatedly recommended Moneybox to other friends and family and will continue to do so! Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
