I am an official Monzonian !

My experience since moving to Monzo has been exceptional. Since switching from HSBC to Monzo, the difference has been night and day. Monzo’s customer service is next to none—every request is handled promptly and whats more important resolved, whereas HSBC feels stuck in the stone age unless you're a premium member. I’m so impressed with their products that I’ve even opened my business bank account too. High Street Banks have a long way to catch up not only in the products area but how they treat customers and they admin heavy procedures. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
