I use PayPal to pay a firm or company because if there is any problems I trust PayPal completely it's a good way to spread the costs of purchase with ease knowing PayPal will help me with any problems Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

I spoke to customer services for the first time.

I spoke to customer services for the first time. Ive used PayPal for several years and the customer service was so reassuring. They helped me quickly and efficiently regarding a payment. I also have been scammed once over the years. PayPal were so good at refunding my money and sorting the problem out without me needing to do much really. I'm confident that PayPal would always be a secure way of paying online. Recently I have been using PayPal pay in 3 that's let me split the bill over three months. Ideal when I needed to replace my tumble dryer. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
