Review of the PayPal, PayPal Credit:

OK but could improve.

PayPal is handy and does the job, especially with its credit options, that’s probably the best part for me. That said, the communication feels really impersonal and a bit robotic, like you’re just another transaction rather than a customer. Also, refunds aren’t very clearly shown on the user side, which can be confusing when you’re trying to track what’s going on. Overall, it works well, but the experience could feel a lot more user-friendly. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
