Using PayPal Credit has been really helpful for me,...

Using PayPal Credit has been really helpful for me, especially while renovating my home. It’s allowed me to purchase larger items when needed and spread the cost over several months, which has made budgeting much more manageable. The flexibility has taken a lot of stress out of paying for bigger expenses all at once, and I’ve found it a convenient and straightforward way to finance purchases. OK but could improve.

PayPal is handy and does the job, especially with its credit options, that’s probably the best part for me. That said, the communication feels really impersonal and a bit robotic, like you’re just another transaction rather than a customer. Also, refunds aren’t very clearly shown on the user side, which can be confusing when you’re trying to track what’s going on. Overall, it works well, but the experience could feel a lot more user-friendly. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
