Miss that promotional deadline, and the interest can hit hard, often applied retroactively to the full amount. The structure also isn’t always the clearest, so it’s easy to lose track if you’re not paying close attention. Customer service gets mixed reviews too—some people find it fine, others say resolving issues can be slow or frustrating.
