It is simple and easy to use

It is simple and easy to use and when you need something even digitally you can communicate with someone easily who seems to know what they are talking about which is rare in many service focused organisations nowadays. Any changes to policies and procedures are clearly communicated and easy to understand whether they affect me or not. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
