Paypal easy to pay, rubbish customer service

Pay pal is quick and easy when you pay, its convenient and when it works great, however if you have an issue then the customer service is just a complete waste of time, never yet spoke to someone who speaks English as a first language and that is an issue in trying to have a conversation the whole process is difficult, frustrating and ultimately fruitless. So pay pal payments great, pay pal help/customer service virtually zero service of any kind and hopeless beyond belief. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
