I had a really positive experience with Tembo from start to finish. The whole process felt very straightforward and easy to navigate, which made a big difference. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful, approachable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I never felt silly asking anything, so that stood out straight away. Where Tembo really impressed me though was towards the closing stage. I ended up dealing with quite a few issues with the seller and sellers lawyers delaying and although their part in the process had essentially concluded and this wasn't anything they were responsible for, they stepped in and supported me anyway. They gave really practical guidance on what I could do and helped move things along themselves when the situation become difficult. That level of support especially as a first time buyer and when they didn't have to get involved was greatly appreciated.
