Authentic, Empathetic & Competitive Deals

Post divorce, I was struggling to figure my way through the many offers and also concerned about how my financial situation would impact my ability to get a mortgage. The two ladies I dealt with, not only reassured me the whole time, but managed to help me understand my realistic affordability and the deal they were able to secure was incredibly competitive at a time when rates were spiralling. The approval process took time (the lender themselves), but the Tembo representatives were in contact communication with me. I feel like they were transparent, genuinely caring and also looked for a genuinely good deal. I’m not four months into my new mortgage, managing perfectly given their advice and couldn’t be happier.
