Exemplary service

Amy was absolutely fantastic, she was approachable, knew her stuff. She listened and was able to look at various products and advise which was the most appropriate. Once we had agreed she also put in another meeting in case mortgage rates dropped so that I could switch before the start date which did actually happen.
