Customer Service Excellence! ....Simples!

I have used Mr Lender on and off for about 2 years, their service is speedy, hassle free and they keep you informed at all times from beginning till the end of the loan process! And again, with the repayments, you know exactly where you stand every month, and the reminder texts i receive every month, before payment is taken, is an excellent service, it gives you time to contact them, if you have any problems and they are only too willing to help. I have spoken to Mr Lender Reps on a couple of occasions and found their customer service 1st Class.
