great people, picky processes

On the whole, my experience with Nationwide has been excellent. I use the local branch, and have used teleconferencing within the branch to complete applications managed by head office. However there are still a few processes that rely on printed forms collected at branch and sent to head office, and on several occasions I have had forms returned as I had been given the wrong one for the action I had wanted to complete.
