Really helpful talked through everything i was worried about, understand you have a life outiside of debt and dont make you feel bad for it, they are down to earth and understand life and its circumstances. Really helpful & will recommend to friends & family in the future if they ever end up needing help. They kept me up to date on what was going on on there side and took all the strain off of me.
