No question too stupid. Answers always respectful

Whenever I’ve had an issue, there is always a prompt, helpful response. No matter how small or stupid the question, I have had a respectful answer that doesn’t make me feel dumb (my accountant should take notes). Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
