User friendly with a real sense of community

Easy to join, easy to use and easy to get help from both customer service and the community. Great to be able to talk to an assistant and not just a Bot. User friendly interface but suggest testing updates on a sample group before going live to avoid negative feedback and glitches. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
