As a young mum to 2 kids I really appreciate the loans, it’s affordable to repay and the have never missed a payment sending my back the money that is left out of my child benefit. The ladies on the phone are absolutely lovely and will help you step my step if needed. They also understand the struggle and do not judge or have an attitude making you feel like you are begging for money, I have used them since my first baby was born in 2019, my credit score allows me to lend off other providers but I am happy with just this one. You have no idea how much this helps, the top ups seems to come when you need it the most for a good shop and school uniforms. I pay £14 back a week it’s so affordable.
