Have always had great experiences especially when being contacted for credit payments and if there was fraudulent activity on my account they are quick to act and investigate. Only thing id like to improve is for a while I had issues with direct debit coming out for my credit account - even though I set one up for some reason it wouldn't come out even with money in my account. It seemed to not correctly set up the debit even though id enter all the information its like the paypal account would forget there was a debit attached and would ask for it repeatedly Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
