I Have had a few issues with my JAJA credit card.

Have had a few issues with my JAJA credit card. Firstly, interest was applied when my balance was £0. JAJA did correct this and reverse the interest charge. However, when interest was applied, it removed my 0% balance transfer offer through no fault of my own. I’m still awaiting a response weeks later for these charges to be removed and 0% duration reinstated. The app is alright, but would be useful if I could make multiple payments through the app, rather than the single one until it’s processed. Not great for live and active budgeting for finances.
