Almost Perfection

I have never had to speak to customer service for any real reason, so I cannot comment on that area, hence the Neutral response. However, I have found PayPal Credit to be extremely useful. The difficulty is mainly in trying to keep a handle on it - but that is more likely my own personal situation than anything wrong with PayPal itself. The varied options have been incredibly helpful for payment plans at varied points in my life where I have needed to spend while also protecting my bank details, my account health, etc - it is my go-to, particularly with its broad selection of uses. My main drawback would be that it cannot be used in places such as Amazon - im sure there is a reason for it, but that would be the main area that would be useful for me - the options for that credit availability in more places/vendors.
