I absolutely love PayPal credit for various reasons. Firstly, I have credit facilities across several UK bank branches but PayPal customer service far exceeds that of any other UK credit facilities I have come across. They are efficient, reliable, and concisely explain all options you have if you ever run into any trouble. To elaborate, if you have a long history with PayPal and run into any troubles they would give you several options (to your benefit) to allow you to stay within their services but most importantly keep you happy staying with them- PayPal is very understanding in that way. They take into account your good credit history with them and try to figure out the perfect middle ground to keep you as a client satisfied. If you choose, they would also give you an exit strategy if you aren't happy with them- no hard feelings when it comes to PayPal. Lastly, their service is very transparent, there user experience is easy to use and information is readily available for you to digest. On top of this, you can call up their customer service line and get someone to answer any questions you have very politely without any long waiting line. All this is my personal experience.
