We used Tembo for a product transfer when our existing mortgage was coming to an end. Fae was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She provided detailed comparisons and clear explanations before recommending the right lender and product for us. Later, when we started looking to move house, we had countless questions and sent Fae many enquiries. She always responded promptly with the clarifications we needed. We also requested numerous property reports while viewing different houses, and Fae consistently provided them quickly, helping us make well-informed decisions.
