Avoid like the plague!

I wish I had known about this website before I applied for this card. If I had I would never have applied. From beginning to end, it has been a nightmare. I did a bank transfer on 11/2/17. As of today (27/2/17) my money has still not been credited to my account. I phoned Customer Services and was advised that the money was in my account and that if I went to an ATM I could check my balance. I would do this is only I could obtain a pin number! Their website is atrocious. I had problems activating my card, problems loading money, problems getting a pin number and now problems with my cash not showing on my account. I have now written a formal letter of complaint requesting that they close my account and refund the balance to me. I have advised that if they do not I will report them to the Financial Ombudsman. I have also threatened to write to the Mail on Sunday which has a journalist who investigates financial problems such as this. Altogether this has been a nightmare experience.
