They found me a decent deal... But I don't appreciate my policy being automatically renewed at a higher rate the following year at a higher price. The email address they sent my quote to was no longer in use and I was abroad so didn't receive my letter in time. After ringing them and telling them I don't want their offer, after the money had already gone out of my account! They eventually, after 2 tries, came up with a cheaper quote! But I had to pay a 2nd amount in full... Still awaiting my refund from the 1st unwanted policy. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2019
