Great product, excellent customer service too.

PayPal Credit has been a great product for me. I can easily cut larger payments into smaller monthly amounts. The automatic direct debit feature helps me stay on track and is easy to change. My only point of improvement would be to speed up the payment processing between PayPal and my bank; it is always taken as a direct debit, so even if I pay extra I have to wait 3-8 days for the payment to process and I'd rather not have the money hanging around my account when I should go straight to paying my PayPal credit balance. Any time I've needed to call the customer service team, they've solved my issue quickly and have always been very friendly. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
