Review of the Endsleigh, Student Insurance:

Transparent and efficient

I first got my student insurance during my undergraduate degree. Whilst there I had to make a claim for both a lost phone and a broken MacBook. Both were efficiently rectified and the support I received was reassuring and friendly whilst I was having a challenging time. The company ensured to meet my needs, given I had deadlines, and I have had no problems with their services. The transition from student insurance, to a non-student policy and then back again has been seamless and at each stage the operators have spoken about which of my possessions are and aren't covered, to what degree, and under which circumstances so that there are no nasty hidden surprises should something break. They have encouraged me not to insure items based on their value to help me make informed decisions rather than simply boosting the price of the policy. Overall I have been very satisfied with their service and would recommend them for peace of mind over your possessions! Reviewed on: 3rd July 2019
