Monzo - The One I Go For

I was given a £10 bonus for signing up, which was lovely. I find the app easy to use and find the features useful and innovative. I’ve had no issues and no reason to contact customers service but they have answered n my general queries promptly and clearly. I like the savings pots and it helps me manage my money more efficiently, the interest rate is competitive and encourages me to save when I can. I signed up for the 1p challenge which is an easy way to save up, but can be stopped at anytime if you find finances lacking. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
