Having Tembo as part of our company benefits was an unexpected bonus, but it turned out to be incredibly valuable. Their level of service and commitment has been outstanding from start to finish. Kim and Amy supported my partner and me every step of the way. Given my adverse credit history, I initially thought securing a mortgage would be very difficult, but Kim took the time to walk us through our options and ultimately found a lender offering competitive rates. The whole process was handled efficiently and completed within just a few weeks, which exceeded our expectations. I’m genuinely grateful for their support, expertise, and reassurance throughout.
