Great company to deal with

Our Fete Organisation has used Event Insurance for many consecutive years now. We always receive great service from friendly and very helpful staff. Sometimes I phone with minor questions and they are always dealt with in a professional manner so that I do not feel stupid for asking. We have never had to make a claim, luckily, but I don't doubt that their claims team would be just as professional and helpful in their dealings with customers. Also important to us as a not for profit organisation is value for money. When we have looked elsewhere, the premiums from Event Insurance appear to be very competitive. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2019
