I am very disappointed with my experience was handled.

I am very disappointed with how my case was handled. The item I received was clearly not as described, and I provided full evidence to support this. Even the seller acknowledged the issue and offered to resolve it. However, I chose to proceed through PayPal for a secure and fair resolution, trusting the platform to protect buyers. Unfortunately, the claim was decided against me due to the “customized product” policy, despite the fact that the product did not match the original description and could not be used as intended.
