I recently missed a payment on my credit statement a...

I recently missed a payment on my credit statement as I simply forgot to make the payment. One of the lovely people at PayPal rang me to advise me that I was a day late in making payment and asked me if I was OK with making the minimum payment. Being completely embarrassed that I had missed the payment, I obviously immediately paid the amount I had been meaning to pay for a week. The person on the phone was very understanding that I had simply forgot to make the payment due to being busy at work. No extra charges were applied to my account for late fees. I have continued using the PayPal credit option for major purchases because of this. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
