Review of the Alphera Financial Services, Alphera Hire Purchase:

Useless!

Was with alphera for awhile using them as the go to company for my car finance. I sold my car to another company clearing off the settlement figure quoted and the following month they took a payment from my bank for the car i no longer owned, i phoned up and when i eventually got through after waiting an absolute AGE! i explained my situation and they said 3 to 5 working days the money will be refunded. 5 days later no refund, i ring back up again and am again waiting for somebody to pick up the damn phone for a long time again and the man says nope its 5 to 7 working days sorry a few more working days pass (way over the 7 they told me) and still no money!! i have called back up again today and they've now told me to wait a further 7 days!!..... useless!! if the shoe was on the other foot i'm sure my nice new car would have been on the back of a truck long before then! don't use unless you wish to be lied to and have a company that don't ever seem to be around to answer calls or help you. Still awaiting a refund please don't put yourself through the hassle of dealing with this useless lot!. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2017
