Experience was ok. Messed up when I bought a new car, but the problem was resolved and I got a refund. Main problem is the opening hours are only office hours. So, unlike other companies, I couldn't call in the evening. Reviewed on: 6th September 2019

New customer, decent service. Changed my car mid year and was charged a huge amount on top of the premium. They admitted mistake and matched my original quote. Annoying telephone lines aren't open outside of office hours. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2019
