Pro-active in retaining customers

Endsleigh contacted me as they realised that my premium had gone up considerably and that I might be disappointed. They were able to tailor the insurance to suit my needs and my budget, and so have succeeded in retaining me for a further year. Explanations of cover levels etc well explained.
